Ecological Credentials

Overview

Each of our wallpapers is made of eco-friendly woven grasscloth, silk choice, and non-woven substrates, printed with eco-friendly water-soluble inks. FSC-certified using environmentally-conscious biodegradable materials.

Papers and Substrates

We manufacture true wallpaper. Our stock item non-woven wallcoverings are fire certified for Europe and USA – classified to BS EN 13501-1-1:2002 Class B, s1, d0. Our grasscloth wallpapers are Class A. Non-woven papers are paste the wall application, easy to install, and with no soaking required. Grasscloth wallpapers are paste the back application.

Latex Ink Technology

We only use water based, environmentally kind inks. Latex ink is durable, color fast and capable of being printed on a wide range of papers, and fabrics. The multiple color ink system has a much broader color gamut than CMYK process. This is particularly useful when color matching to fabrics and other prints. Each pattern has thousands of colors, not limited to the number of screens, creating nuance, color definition and both extraordinary saturation and elegant subtlety.

Our latex inks are free from Cadmium, Chromium, Mercury, Lead or Formaldehyde.
